Permata Ayung Private Estate - Restaurant


A team of professional chefs create gourmet menus throughout the day at the estate’s private kitchen. From beautiful, tropical breakfasts to healthy lunches and delectable dinners, most of the produce is grown on the estate with a nod to fine dining. The smell of freshly baked bread, home-made stocks and sauces is a call to indulge the senses.

Personal requests, celebration dinners, bar snacks, afternoon tea and picnics are all created right here. A beautifully restored antique joglo, overlooking the ponds and garden, serves as the dining room. With a long central table and additional tables for larger events, communal dining is part of the Permata Ayung experience.

Throughout the day, fresh organic fruit and healthy juices grown in the estate’s garden are on hand and detox diets or special menu requests are handled with ease.
