• All room rates are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include tax and service charges.
• Rates, inclusions, and room occupancy are as stated in your confirmation.
• Rates may change at any time without notice.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing by the Estate.
• For group bookings of three or more rooms, the remaining 50% is due no later than seven days before arrival.
• For bookings of one or two rooms, the remaining balance may be settled upon check-in.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay are settled at check-out.
• All bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations, no-shows, and shortened stays, regardless of the reason.
• For group bookings, if the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
• Under normal circumstances, your dates may be changed once after your booking is confirmed, subject to availability.
• Additional charges apply. In force majeure situations, such as natural disasters, government actions or unforeseen emergencies, payments remain non-refundable, but a change of dates may be considered, subject to availability.
There is no minimum stay requirement.
• Permata Ayung is primarily an adults-only estate.
• Requests from guests travelling with children aged 6 to 12 are considered on a case-by-case basis, provided parents or guardians take full responsibility for their children’s safety throughout the stay.
• Children under 6 cannot be accommodated.
• Each room accommodates a maximum of three guests.
• An extra bed is available on request for an additional charge.

• Airport transfers are included with every stay.
Group Bookings
A maximum of four rooms may be booked through our website. Please provide the full name of the guest staying in each room; reservations listing the same name for more than one room may be cancelled. For reservations of five rooms or more, please contact reservations@permataayung.com.
Bookings of three or more rooms are considered group bookings. Group bookings are subject to specific terms and conditions, including rates, validity periods, payment and cancellation terms, which will be provided with your offer based on the nature of your request.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. It is permitted only on open terraces and in outdoor spaces.
Rate Changes
Service charges, fees and taxes are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with Indonesian law. The tax rates in effect at the time of your stay will apply, as will any new fees or taxes introduced by the authorities.
Cancellation by the Estate
Permata Ayung reserves the right to cancel a reservation before the scheduled arrival date. In this event, all accommodation prepayments will be refunded in full.
