At the table
The estate kitchen works with what the soil produces each day. Ingredients are fresh, sourced from local suppliers, and prepared with care for every meal. Breakfast and lunch offer a relaxed selection to suit different tastes and the pace of the morning.
In the evening, the table turns its full attention to Indonesian cuisine. Dishes rooted in Balinese tradition, served in the open-air restaurant beneath the joglo, with the garden just beyond.

First Light
Mornings in this valley have their own pace. The air is cool, the light is soft, and the day begins without urgency. Breakfast follows that same logic: unhurried, attentive, and shaped by what the season offers.
Afternoon High Tea
Between three and five each afternoon, the estate pauses. Tea is served with Balinese sweets and house-baked pastries. A small daily ritual that belongs to the hour, and nothing else.

As Evening Falls
Dinner is served in the joglo, in the privacy of your residence, or at the riverside deck beside the Ayung. Each setting is arranged to suit the occasion, devoted to the same quality of Indonesian cuisine throughout.
In-Residence Service
Privacy has its own menu. The kitchen extends its care into your own space, with the same attention it brings to every meal. From a quiet breakfast to a late evening supper, the choice of when and where is entirely yours.
